“I have started a Transport Company in Sydney's WEST. With the new Western Sydney Airport (International Nancy-Bird Walton Airport) and the rapid expansion of Industrial Zones, it seemed like a natural fit for a Transport Company.
We will be there to Service these huge growth opportunities with a full complement of truck sizes. Business will abound for many years to come and our company will be there pursuing that potential.”

Trucks on Demand follows and adheres to:

The Chain of Responsibility (COR) law:
ensures everyone who works with heavy vehicles – from the business that employs a driver to the place where goods are picked-up and delivered to – is accountable for safety.

Who has responsibility under the heavy vehicle national law Chain of Responsibility?

Under Chain of Responsibility law, everyone across the supply chain shares an equal responsibility to comply with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), even if you don't drive or operate a heavy vehicle.

The Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) :
regulates the use of heavy vehicles that have a gross vehicle mass of more than 4.5 tonnes. It applies nationally, except for Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

In all jurisdictions where the HVNL applies, legislation is in place that adopts the HVNL as a law of that jurisdiction.
